Notice is hereby given that the Scottsburg Advisory Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at Scottsburg City Hall, 2 East McClain Avenue, Scottsburg, Indiana 47170 on March 21, 2022 at 6 P.M. at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the Detailed Statement of Subdivision Plat Approval Requested below:

Reasons Necessitating the Subdivision Plat Approval: Applicant requires primary approval of a basic subdivision for the purpose of dividing the land into four parcels for three single-family residential lots and one lot for future development.

Description of Property Affected: 72-05-07-300-016.002-007 is located at 698 West Moonglo Road and consists of 12.848 acres.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Scottsburg Advisory Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the Scottsburg City Hall, 2 East McClain Avenue, Scottsburg, Indiana, on Monday, March 21, 2022 at 6:00PM, at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the Description of Action Requested below:

Description of Action Requested: Rezone from Residential 2 –> Residential 1

Proposed Use: Applicant proposes to rezone to Residential 1 for the purpose of dividing the property into four parcels (one for future development and three for lots to build single family housing).
